At Oyo Hotels & Homes, he managed revenue for over 30 US hotels and 25 premium properties in India, generating $18 million annually.

Mohan's expertise includes dynamic pricing, competitive benchmarking, and strategic promotions. He has in-depth knowledge of major OTA platforms like Booking, Expedia, and Agoda, optimizing listings to boost visibility and conversion rates. His strategic planning and P&L management skills have consistently improved profitability and operational efficiency.

Meet Ms. Hien Tran, the dynamic Co-founder and CFO of COXI, a leader in tourism and hospitality. With a mission to offer unique local experiences, Hien has successfully managed and expanded Connek Hotel, a chain of boutique hotels, and Connek Trip, a service helping travelers tailor their Vietnam adventures.

Hien's extensive background includes roles as a Business Strategy Advisor for several startups and entrepreneurs. Her expertise spans investment, advisory services, and sustainability initiatives. Before founding Coxi, she had nearly 9 years working on Finance & Banking sevices with experience at Techcombank, BIDV, Greenzone Holding and an SMEs Business Advisory Team (TSCI)

With a Bachelor's in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Finance, Hanoi, and certifications in Sustainable Tourism and ESG, Hien is a versatile leader. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, she combines financial acumen with a passion for sustainable tourism, driving Coxi's vision to new heights.

Mr. Bui Quang Huy, Co-Founder and CEO of Coxi, holds the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
